Terms of service

These terms cover the use of Bizfloo, provided by SNAPSERVE AI, India (Udyam registration UDYAM-KR-24-0060727). By using Bizfloo, the business and its team members agree to them.

The service

Bizfloo connects to a business's Instagram, Facebook Page and WhatsApp Business accounts, replies to enquiries with an AI assistant, collects lead details, hands conversations to the business's team, and can send leads to the business's CRM. Access is by invitation; the business is responsible for who it invites and what they do.

Your responsibilities

The business confirms it owns or manages the accounts it connects, and that its use follows the Meta, Instagram and WhatsApp terms and policies and the law, including on consent, marketing messages and personal data. It is responsible for the information it gives the assistant (prices, offers, policies) being accurate.

AI replies

Replies are written by AI from the information the business provides. They can be wrong or incomplete. The business can review chats, take over any conversation and switch replies off at any time, and should not rely on the assistant for promises it has not approved.

Data

The business owns its conversations and leads. We process them on its behalf as described in the privacy policy, and delete them on request as described on the data deletion page.

Fees

Fees, if any, are as agreed in writing with the business and invoiced separately. Messaging charges set by Meta for WhatsApp are passed on as agreed.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Bizfloo running but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted, and it depends on Meta and other providers. We may change or improve features, and will tell businesses about changes that matter to them.

Ending use

The business can stop using Bizfloo and disconnect its accounts at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or the platforms' policies.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SNAPSERVE AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees the business paid in the three months before the claim.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Karnataka have jurisdiction. Questions: meetflooai@gmail.com.
